We advise all of our users to go through this refund policy before purchasing any of our plans

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You are eligible for a refund if the product does not meet all its featured functionalities or is completely unusable within 14 days.
  • If you have any questions or need help installing or configuring the purchased product, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team. It is impossible for us to test our software on every server. Therefore, if our support team is unable to get the product working on your site within 14 days of purchase, we will gladly issue a refund.

No Refunds Will Be Issued In the Following Cases

  • You simply changed your mind after purchase.
  • You didn’t use the tool or forgot to cancel your subscription.
  • You didn’t read the product features or limitations before buying.
  • Subscription is purchased at discounted prices or under a special offer.
  • It’s been more than 14 days since you purchased the product from our site. (No exceptions)
  • If a stolen credit card, PayPal account or any other form of payment or financial instrument is used to pay for the subscription. You will not receive a single penny as a refund on any other bank or account.

Termination Without Refund

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without a refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms or verbally abuse our staff, other users of our site or our associates. If such a user attempts to re-subscribe to our site, we reserve the right to terminate their account without any refund or advance notice and block their IP address.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are managed by the same payment processor that you have used to subscribe. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the request. The exact date on which you will get your refund is dependent on the payment method. Refunds via credit card companies can take up to two months. We have no authority over this period of time. The bank charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
